MARCIN CZERMINSKI

I arrived in the UK from Poland 6 years ago with my wife Ania and we settled in the beautiful town of Olney. We were particularly happy to have found the town as it reminded us so much of where we were brought up and spend our formative years.  During my time at university, like all students, I wished to bolster my income. Having taken photos of family members and family events prior to that I started to accept commissions for weddings and local school events. This activity began to expand, and not only was I able to support myself more comfortably, but also it become a passion for me. The technical side was satisfyingly challenging and the reaction of brides and grooms, as well as parents of the children gave me tremendous satisfaction.  Ania and I were blessed with beautiful baby daughter, Maya in May 2008. Not having been greatly involved in photography for a while I found my passion for the subject was rekindled since I was determined to catch as many of those magic moments of my daughter growing up, as I could. I knew that any of those moments would be lost forever if I didn’t capture them fast.  Ania and I showed the results to friends who were impressed with the quality of what I had done. So much so that they began to ask me to photograph their children.  The rest is history and I’m happy to share my expertise with people who do not wish to miss out on the type of moments that I have captured.
